XVD scanning gate with a luxury sedan inside
XENTRY Vehicle Detector · Powered by TwoTronic

Drive through.
Inspected in seconds.

XVD captures a vehicle's full exterior, underbody, tires and plate as it drives through at normal speed. AI flags damage and pushes the result to the technician before the customer reaches the desk.

What it does

A standardised, verifiable digital record at every hand-over.

360° exterior, underbody, tires & plate

Multi-angle high-resolution imaging of body panels, glass and wheels, underbody camera, tire-tread measurement and automatic licence-plate recognition.

AI damage detection

Scratches, dents, scuffs and other damage are identified and marked on the images automatically, replacing subjective walk-around judgment with evidence.

Instant report to the technician's tablet

Results are delivered in real time to technician tablets and workshop systems, so intake documentation is complete before the advisor greets the customer.

Integrated with the OEM diagnostic ecosystem

Deeply integrated with a world-leading OEM's diagnostic ecosystem, so scan data lands where the manufacturer's workflow already lives.

FAQ

Straight answers to the questions service managers ask.

How big is the machine? Will it fit my lane?
XVD is a drive-through gate that sits on an existing lane: a 3 m gate for cars (XVD-CAR) or a 4 m gate for vans (XVD-VAN). Vehicles pass through at normal speed, so the gate replaces nothing and adds no stop to the process. The site survey confirms lane width, approach and whether in-floor gratings or a surface-mounted ramp is the right fit for your building.
Can it scan other brands?
The scanning hardware is brand-agnostic. The diagnostic-system integration is specific to that OEM's ecosystem; multi-brand dealer groups can discuss other-brand workflows and reporting with us, quoted separately.
Where does the data go?
Scan images and reports are delivered to the technician's tablet and the manufacturer's diagnostic ecosystem according to OEM specification. RhinoCap's own data-integration work, including RhinoTrace, runs on U.S.-hosted cloud infrastructure with encrypted transport and audit logging.
Does it work outdoors and in direct sunlight?
Yes. Depending on site conditions the gate can be installed indoors, semi-outdoor or fully outdoors. Our Korea deployment runs on an open-sky service-entry lane.
What about installation, training and service?
RhinoCap covers the full journey: site assessment, installation, staff training, post-launch software services, scheduled maintenance visits and local customer support from our teams in Los Angeles, Omaha, Seoul and Kaohsiung.
Purchase or subscription?
Both. Outright purchase or an all-inclusive monthly plan covering hardware, software and service.
