TwoTronic GmbH of Germany has developed and built AI vehicle-scanning gates for more than ten years. RhinoCap is TwoTronic's authorized reseller and service partner for North America and Asia-Pacific: we sell, install, train and maintain every scanner in the range, from the flagship Quick-Check to the entry-level Light-Check.
TwoTronic designs and manufactures the complete system in Bavaria, Germany: cameras, optics, sensors, gate structure and the AI software that reads the images. That is why RhinoCap chose it as our core product.
The Quick-Check is in its third generation and first-generation units are still in daily use. Sensors, cameras and optics are matched to each other, not bought off the shelf.
A LIDAR sensor triggers the cameras according to the vehicle's speed, so every pass produces the same number of images from the same angles, without stopping the car.
The scanners are fully integrated into a world-leading OEM's global service network, and TwoTronic's modular software connects to dealer systems through a REST API or its own front end.
Installations run indoors and outdoors from Egypt to Sweden, with configuration options for heat, cold, rain and direct sunlight. Plug-and-play: a power connection is all the site needs.
All three share TwoTronic's AI damage detection, image documentation and software. They differ in cameras, vehicle classes and price point, so every site from a small dealership to a port lane has a fit.

The established drive-through scanner, now in its third generation. Patented movable camera columns rotate into a protected position when idle. Sizes for cars, vans and trucks; indoor or outdoor; optional underbody scanner and roof scan.

Introduced in late 2023 for smaller dealerships: the essential features of ten years of scanner experience at a low entry price. Fixed high-resolution cameras, configured for passenger cars, with rim-damage detection as standard.

Built for paint-damage detection: very high image quality from fixed cameras at a reduced passage speed. For cars and vans, indoor or outdoor, with paint and rim damage detection, optional underbody scanner and roof scan.

Sensors, cameras and optics are specified together so that fine scratches, dents and paint defects are captured at drive-through speed.
A LIDAR sensor measures the vehicle's approach, triggers the cameras at exactly the right moments and controls the gate's stop/go lights.
Clear underbody images without lifting the vehicle, for leak, corrosion and impact checks at intake.
Tire tread is measured on every pass and written straight into the workshop process, replacing manual gauges.
Every scanner ships with TwoTronic's software platform. Modules are combined to match the site, and the system connects to the customer's own tools through its REST API or through TwoTronic's front end.
Automatically detects and marks body damage on the scan images. Included with every model.
Flags damaged rims automatically, one of the most frequently missed and most disputed items at intake.
Automatic tread-depth results per wheel, ready for the advisor to present and the DMS to record.
Time-stamped image records per vehicle, searchable by VIN or licence plate, with condition reports and appraisals generated from the scan.
Connect to dealer management, OEM and inspection systems, or work directly in TwoTronic's front end. Cloud options available.
RhinoCap's own RFID layer binds every image set to the VIN automatically and tracks the vehicle across the yard. Learn more
