TwoTronic scanners are not a prototype. They run every day on dealership service lanes, in showrooms, at export ports and on agricultural sites, from California to Korea and from Bavaria to the Nordics. Here is where they are at work, and what RhinoCap has delivered so far.
Every site below runs the same TwoTronic platform, configured for its own lane, climate and vehicle mix.
A working TwoTronic scanner set up outdoors at a premium import dealership in Santa Monica, scanning customer vehicles on the service drive under full California sun. It is a demonstration deployment rather than a permanent installation, and it answers the two questions US dealers ask first: does this actually run in the United States, and does it work on something other than a German luxury car?

RhinoCap's Seoul team delivered the first TwoTronic scanner in Asia-Pacific, installed on an open-air service-entry lane. Vehicles are scanned before the advisor greets the customer, so the condition record exists before the conversation starts. Installed and serviced entirely by our local team.
TwoTronic states its systems run outdoors from Egypt to Sweden. In winter operation the illuminated columns give the AI consistent lighting after dark, while the camera columns on the flagship model rotate into a protected position between vehicles, shielding the optics from snow, rain and grit.
At high-volume sites the gates are installed in pairs so arrivals and departures never queue behind one another. Integrated stop/go signalling guides each driver through at the right moment, and the in-floor gratings house the underbody cameras without a ramp.
The same platform scales up to agricultural and commercial machinery, where condition documentation at hand-over matters just as much and manual inspection takes far longer. Larger gate sizes cover vans, trucks and machines that would never fit a passenger-car lane.
RhinoCap and TwoTronic ran live drive-through demonstrations at a world-leading OEM's national dealer technical days and parts & service managers meeting in 2026, scanning vehicles in front of dealer principals, service directors and technical staff throughout the event.
